- Rates shown on this site are indicative labour rates and may change without notice.
- A quote is an estimate only and becomes binding only after written confirmation by both parties.
- Final pricing depends on materials, scope, site conditions, and timeline.
Acceptable Use & Prohibited Fabrication
WeldWork is an industrial welding, body building, and metal fabrication service directory. You agree to use the site solely for lawful industrial, commercial, and personal fabrication inquiries.
- Arms Act Prohibition: WeldWork strictly prohibits any inquiry, request, or order for the fabrication of illegal weapons, firearms, dangerous sharp weapons, or regulated arms under the Arms Act, 1959.
- Motor Vehicles Act Compliance: Vehicle body building and chassis alterations must strictly comply with the Motor Vehicles Act, 1988. Unauthorized, unsafe, or illegal vehicle structural alterations are strictly prohibited.
- Law Enforcement Reporting: WeldWork reserves the right to immediately terminate access and report any illegal inquiry, prohibited fabrication attempt, or suspicious activity to Indian Law Enforcement Authorities (Police / Cyber Crime Cell).

Peer-to-Peer UPI Appreciation & Tipping
Tips or appreciations sent to specialists via UPI links or QR codes are voluntary direct peer-to-peer payments handled by third-party UPI applications (GPay, PhonePe, Paytm). WeldWork does not act as a payment gateway or aggregator, does not hold or escrow funds, and charges zero fees or commissions on tip transfers.
Intellectual Property
All site content — text, images, logos, and design — belongs to WeldWork and may not be copied or reused commercially without permission.
Limitation of Liability
The website is provided "as is". WeldWork is not liable for indirect damages arising from use of the site. Liability for fabrication work performed is governed by your individual service agreement with the executing workshop.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Chennai, Tamil Nadu.
